Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between the Essential, Signature and Couture Suites?
Essential Suite: Includes your selected card design, a ribbon and a blank envelope. For personalised cards, the card is printed in black ink.
Signature Suite: Includes everything in Essential, plus personalised text on the envelope, a printed message inside the card and a wax seal.
Couture Suite: Our premium option, featuring metallic vinyl lettering on the front of the card and matching lettering on the envelope. It also includes a personalised message inside the card and a wax seal.
Can I choose the colour of the lettering?
Our Essential and Signature Suites feature black printed lettering. For metallic lettering, such as gold or pink, choose the Couture Suite, which features metallic vinyl for a premium finish.
Can I have a different-coloured ribbon?
Absolutely! If the product page does not give you the option to choose the ribbon colour, simply note your colour request in the order notes on the cart page.
How can I add a message inside the card?
If you would like to include a message printed inside the card, simply select either the Signature or Couture option when ordering and the font selector and inside text message box will appear on the order form.
What can I fit in the git pocket?
Our gift pockets are recommened to fit:
- up to 10 bank notes (all sizes)
- Gift card with cardboard backing or
- Printed gift voucher folded to A6
Are the ribbons already tied?
Yes! We neatly pre-tie every ribbon bow for you, so your card arrives beautifully finished. If you need to open the card to add money or a gift card, simply slide the bow off and slide it back on afterwards.
I’d love a wax seal, but I still need to put money or a gift card inside. How does that work?
Wax seals are applied to the envelope with a backing that you can peel off when you are ready to seal the envelope.
