Shipping & Dispatch Policy

At Gifted Cards, we believe in simple, transparent luxury. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend required.

1. Dispatch Speeds (When your order leaves us)

We offer two levels of processing to suit your timeline. Please note that "Dispatch" refers to the time it takes us to hand-finish your order and hand it to Australia Post.

  • Standard (FREE): Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1- 2 business days via Australia Post Regular Mail. See below for delivery timelines to your region.
  • Express + Priority Processing ($10.00): Order before 1:00 PM Sydney Time (Mon–Fri) for guaranteed same-day dispatch via Express Post.  Next - Business Day delivery applies to valid postcodes in the Australia Post Next Business Day Guarantee Network.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is in the hands of Australia Post, the following estimated timelines apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days depending on your location.
    Please Note: Australia Post allows up to 3 weeks (15 business days) for delivery before they will investigate a missing item. We have no control over the speed of the postal network. If you need your order by a specific date, please select the Express + Priority Processing option to ensure it travels via the Express Network.

  • Express Post: 1–3 business days
    Please Note: Australia Post's "Next Business Day" delivery is only guaranteed for addresses within their specific network. Please use the Australia Post Delivery Calculator (shipping from Mulgoa, NSW 2745) to verify if your postcode qualifies for the next-day guarantee.

3. The Next Business Day Delivery Guarantee

For the fastest possible service, please select Express + Priority Processing.

  • The Cutoff: You must place your order by 1:00 PM Sydney Time (Mon–Fri) to qualify for same-day dispatch and next business day delivery.

  • The Network: Next business day delivery is only guaranteed if your delivery postcode is within the Australia Post Next Business Day Guarantee Network at the time the order is placed.

  • Verification: We ship from Mulgoa, NSW 2745. Please verify your postcode using the Australia Post Delivery Calculator to see if your area qualifies. If you are outside this network, your VIP order will still skip our production queue and travel via Express, but may take 2-3 business days to arrive.

  • If your order is not received by the next business day and the above conditions are met, you are eligible for a refund of the Express + Priority Processing Fee ($10).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not offer International Shipping at this time. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery (excluding personalised items), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@giftedcards.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
